Two years ago, Jerome Palayo of developer/builder Sunia Homes and his wife bought a little 2+1 at 915 Rosemont Avenue in Echo Park. Now that he has built his dream home, Jerome’s intention is to bring other homes like it to Echo Park, Silver Lake and other urban areas.
While the Palayos’ house isn’t on the market yet, we’ve planned this event both to showcase their creativity and to offer a real, green alternative to buyers, investors and realtors.
